The micro-line drip line features an integrated design with drip emitters that are molded into the micro tubing's interior. Each emitter utilizes a flow labyrinth to efficiently regulate water flow while a large filter is incorporated to prevent any particles from blocking the water path, ensuring reliable performance and durability. Emitters are spaced 6 inches apart, with nominal flow rates of .52 GPH (2 L/H) at 15 PSI (1 BAR). The emitters are color-coded blue for easy identification. Key specifications include an operating pressure range of 10-25 PSI (0.7-1.7 BAR), a dripline color option of black or brown, and made from Dow FINGERPRINT DFDA-7510 NT linear low-density polyethylene resin. The tubing size is 1/2" (6 mm) with an inner diameter of .170" and an outer diameter of .250" (4.445 mm ID x 6.35 mm OD). Available spacing options are 6", 9", or 12" (15 cm, 23 cm, or 30 cm), with a minimum bending radius of 1 foot (0.3 m). Note that a filter with a minimum mesh size of 150 is required, with fittings not included.
