The Solut 74557 take-and-bake pizza tray is made of black SBS paperboard and can be used to hold, carry, bake, and serve a 16"-diameter take-and-bake pizza. SBS (solid bleached sulfate) paperboard is thicker and more rigid than paper and can be recycled or composted. A thin layer of PET (polyethylene terephthalate) provides a glossy finish and resists the cutting of a pizza wheel.
