HX35 Turbo Lab America HY35 HX40 HE341 HE351 Turbo Rebuild Kit

This is a genuine rebuild kit designed for HY35, HX35, HX40, HE341, and HE351 turbos. It is not compatible with variable geometry turbos such as HE341VE, HE351VE, and HY40V. The kit includes an upgraded thrust bearing machined from copper bar, two journal bearings, four C-clips to hold the bearings, a thrust collar, a thrust spacer, two piston ring seals for the front and rear, a front seal plate, an oil deflector, four turbine housing bolts, two turbine housing clamps, an oil feed gasket, an oil return gasket, a rubber O-ring for the front seal plate, and a rubber O-ring for the compressor housing (note that your bearing housing may need to be machined unless it's already been modified). A rear heat shield is also included. Unlike many aftermarket kits, which often have undersized oil feed holes in the thrust bearing and use softer materials that can fail under high boost, this kit is built with performance in mind. These are the same components used in performance turbo builds, offering improved reliability and durability.
